For your convenience, Supplement Empire has opened a store front located at 144 Old Canterbury Rd Summer Hill NSW 2130 (Corner of Spencer St.).
All Items available on our website can now be purchased over the counter between the hours of:
8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Wednesday
8:00am to 9:00pm Thursday
8:00am to 5:00pm Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday
Eftpos facilities are available in store, so for the best prices on all the best brands come see us.
1. We utilise both air and road freight through Australia Post and an alternative company to ship your items.
2. The shipping company(s) chosen will be the most efficient, cost effective and the quickest option for the customer.
3. We are able to ship goods all over Australia, regardless of whether it is to your home, office address or a Post Office Box.
4. Multiple item orders may be split up into separate packaging in order to ensure the cheapest shipping option for the customer. While orders may be split, they will be shipped out at the same time.
5. All deliveries will be shipped within 24 hours of reciept of payment.
6. Local Deliveries, within the Sydney area should be received within 1 – 2 business days. Interstate deliveries can take between 2 – 5 business days depending on destination.
7. Late Deliveries will not be eligible for a refund as we cannot control the mail system.
8. You will recieve an email/Order Update from us, informing you of when the order was packed, when it was sent out and a tracking number if applicable.
Shipping Insurance
For the convience and peace of mind of our customers, Supplementempire offers shipping insurance on all orders!
Shipping insurance covers all orders upto $1000 for a small cost of $1.50. This applies to each individual order. Shipping insurance is not compulsary but is automatically selected on checkout and maybe unselected by the customer if not required.
Reservations and Pickups
We also allow our Sydney customers the opportunity to reserve their products prior to pick up, therefore ensuring that all the products you require are in stock prior to visiting our store.
Customers can purchase their products online (choosing ‘pickup’ as the shipping option). You can then opt to pay by Credit Card through the website or ‘cash on pickup’. Once submitted, your order will be ready within 24 hours and an email will be sent to confirm that your order is ready for pickup and that the products have been reserved for you.
Please print off your receipt for verification purposes and/or take note of your unique receipt number to quote when picking up. You may be asked to provide photo ID (Drivers Licence) to ensure you receive the correct order.
